HMAA is the largest accommodation employer organisation in Australia representing over 2500 accommodation establishments. Not that largest is always better, however I can vouch for the hard working staff members of the Association keeping their members up to date with the ever changing legislation in the Industry.

To run a motel properly and keep abreast of Industrial matters, Workplace Agreements, Employment Contracts and Salary Awards is where the HMAA assists in providing its members assistance on the administration of the whole spectrum of employer responsibilities.

To offset the annual subscriptions extensive discounts are avaiable from participating suppliers offering corporate discount plans only available to large organisations.

Members have a help line on all matters.

The web site allows you to access and down load all types of information and assistance in setting up work place instruction formatted in Adobe and Microsoft Word. The time saving in this area is extremely beneficial.
