We will be conducting seminars at Aston Hill Motor Lodge Port Macquarie where the format will be exploring the viability of selected motels that are on the market.
Program:
1. Each participant will submit prior to the seminar their financial criteria which will be entered into our financial software package.
2. Motel Brokers will be approached to source motels that meet this criteria.
3. The seminar will analyse the financial viability matching the motels to an applicants financial ability.
4. An inspection plan will be formatted showing the participants what to look for during the inspection process.

In addition to this practical approach we offer information on the theory in motel acquisition and ownership.

The Managers Judi & Rick Edmunds will disclose all aspects of running the Aston Hill Motor Lodge and Tim Stack of Stacks the Law Firm Taree will impart extremely valuable information on the legal aspects of acquiring a motel.

The mission of the seminar will be for the participants to receive a no holds bar on what it takes to purchase and operate a motel within their financial structure.

This information will be packaged and sent electronically to the respective participant's advisors for verification.

The seminar will be for a day commencing at 9.30am and finishing around 5.00pm.

The cost for the seminar for two people is $385.00 which is the wholesale cost of our financial analysis software.
The preparation of an individual financial report for each participant is included in the cost and is available to the participant at the conclusion of the seminar. It will be electronically forwarded to your email address or an email address at your direction.

A lunch of mixed sandwiches and juice will be provided, also light refreshments provided throughout the day.

If you are travelling by plane we are located near the airport and provide a shuttle service to the motel.

Allow for one nights accommodation for two sharing a queen bed in selected rooms within the motel at the best corporate rate on the day.
