Agenda and cost:
The program is designed for two people and requires you to spend two nights in the motel.
1. Arrive in the evening for the first night and experience a night in the motel assessing what the room has to offer.
2. The next morning you will witness the preparation of breakfasts and assist in the preparation of breakfasts.
3. Witness the Guest checkout procedure.
4. Strip rooms and take the linen to the commercial laundry in preparation for washing and commercial drying.
5. Witness the procedures in how a room is cleaned.
6. Evaluate the front office check in - checkout procedures plus closing off the departures and set up for the arrival of guests.
7. Witness the check in procedure and see how a room is sold to a "walk in" or telephone enquiry.
8. View and be shown the back office accounting system.
9. Open discussion on all aspects in the practical operation of a motel.
The motel does not have a restaurant. Evening meal options are available if evening meals are required.
The Cost:
1. Two nights accommodation at the motel's best rate on the day.
2. $475.00 for a day and two nights in the motel.
3. The day starts from preparing breakfasts at 6.30am to end of checkin time being around 5.30pm.
3. For a detailed one to one consultation - there is an additional charge which needs to be negotiated depending on the time allocated and information material requested.
Departure on the second day is usually before midday.
The sessions are limited to a maximum of two couples for the viewing session and pre-designated times of the month.

Booking is essential to establish a suitable timetable for all parties.
