Onsite Training:
On site training is offered at the Quality Inn & Suites Port Macquarie. There are specific overviews in the preparation of food, cleaning rooms, understanding reception procedures and most importantly how to sell rooms.

Personal Consultation:
This service varies from Financial Due Diligence report on the motel business, which is the basis for finance assessment. The service can be extended to physically inspecting the motel to establish if there are any hidden areas that could place you in financial jeopardy.

This area is complex because those in the Industry consider they know all the "tricks of the trade" and in some cases, we are pleasantly surprised and learn from those operators who have excelled in their business. With their permission we collect this information and make it available to you.
